The Summer Trip 2025 stands as a vivid testament to this commitment.
Over three days and two nights, Nhat Long team embarked on an emotional and memorable journey through Mong Cai – Tra Co Beach – Dongxing (China) – Wanmei, bringing home not only laughter, but also a stronger sense of unity and shared pride.
One of the highlights of the trip was the intimate Gala Night, where team members came together to raise a toast, enjoy impressive “homegrown” performances, share moments of joy, and truly experience the meaning of team spirit.
Beyond moments of relaxation, the trip served as a powerful catalyst for fostering a connected and sustainable corporate culture. It provided an opportunity for employees to better understand one another, bridge gaps between departments, and strengthen communication and coordination in daily operations.
